luv v/s love ..

I hate the new age "LUV" scenario where you get linked to someone random ,keep those you dont like as drafts ,where luv begins in your inbox and a delete is enough to forget all that you claimed and professed as opposed to the fact that LOVE (yes its a classic 4 letter word and you dare not showcase your laziness by reducing it to a puny 3 letter word !! ) originates in the heart and once its there it is almost next to impossible to mouth move on as easily as its portrayed to be , even if differences arise ......   ,
and tonight, Dear girl ,
I'm celebrating the hour which bought me close to you ,
celebrating every little thing i love about you....
I love your childlike quality,
              your sense of wonder
your enthusiasm for life .... and for love
I love the way you understand me better than anyone else..
                                        the way you always make me happy
I love the way you make me laugh
                                           just when i need it the most
And I love discovering the inner you
                                         that other people never see
And the more I discover,
              the more I realize what a special gift you are to me ....................

 It's Friday night and I had a horrible, long and tiring day at office.F inally, at 8.30pm after almost 12 straight hours of being at office and working for the day, when I got up, my slogging ass thanked me for releasing it off the pressure for a few minutes :D I expected the traffic to be better but who was I kidding? Bangalore Traffic! on a Friday night! Better?? *add a loud monstrous sarcastic evil laughter* MY FOOT!!! Riding back, thanks to the dark streets minus streetlights, as*****s who drive with high beam within city limits and potholes which are the size of a manhole, I had numerous moments where I thought today was the last day of my life on this wretched planet but guess the universe isn't done with me yet! Finally, after what seemed an hour of riding to cover a distance well within 10kms, I almost reached home if not for spotting a newly opened cafe. "One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a cheshire cat in a tree . 'which road do i take?' she asked . 'where do you want to go?' was his response . 'I dont know',Alice answered . 'Then' ,said the cat , 'It doesn't matter ...." I travel by the same route everyday to my stop and from there board a bus to my college, which again travels on the same discovered path . While riding till my stop, I always think on how similar our life is to a road trip !! We keep treading straight ahead , not taking a moment to try out a different path or make a new one ! Travelling on the recently finished tar road makes it so easy for us to ride and that gives so much joy and excitement just like how completing certain milestones of our life gives us the proud feeling and excitement to do more how much ever easy the task was!
