As far as I know, I am a confused soul. My world is ruled by contradictions .The thoughts in my mind contradict the feelings in my heart and vice versa. The brave face I sometimes put up is to hide those fears in my heart and coldness I show out is to support certain decisions of the mind .


So what is this contradiction ?? It arises when 2 events are proposed simultaneously but are opposite by nature i.e. they give out 2 conclusions on analysis ,both inverse of each other .
If your heart says that " let destiny play its part and you relax"  for which your mind says 
" destiny is the bridge that you build to what you want and so work your ass off !! " ,then you are in this classic contradicting situation !
After giving out my definition of contradiction ,I would go on to give solutions as to how we should deal it too , only if I myself knew it !

Those tear drops of happiness
those smiles hiding behind sadness
those emotions masking a cold heart
that warmth in heart unnoticed on a still face
those numerous thoughts shut behind a silent mouth
the meaningless content in those spoken words
those clear reflections of a polluted soul
the lack of clarity in the purest thought


CONTRADICTION - thy effect baffles me !

 It's Friday night and I had a horrible, long and tiring day at office.F inally, at 8.30pm after almost 12 straight hours of being at office and working for the day, when I got up, my slogging ass thanked me for releasing it off the pressure for a few minutes :D I expected the traffic to be better but who was I kidding? Riding back, thanks to the dark streets minus streetlights, as*****s who drive with high beam within city limits and potholes which are the size of a manhole, I had numerous moments where I thought today was the last day of my life on this wretched planet but guess the universe isn't done with me yet! This week I finally watched "The Waiting". Although I am ashamed that I took almost three years to watch a movie that I was waiting to watch right from the time I read about its concept on paper, I am happy I finally did. The movie stars two of my all-time favorites - Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapoor along with Kalki Koechlin who inspires me with the simplest fact that she is much more than a fair skinned pretty lady. In this movie, she has turned lyricist for the beautiful song named 'Waiting for you'. The movie is about how two characters meet in a hospital environment and bond while waiting for their loved ones to get better. You get to see how powerful hope is, when that is all you get to have by your side.
